Admissions Requirements

Applicants must submit an application, application fee, and proof of education in order to be considered for our program.  Proof of education is required in the form of a high school diploma, high school transcripts or GED.  If you do not have a diploma or GED, you will be required to take and pass an Ability to Benefit exam.

Once accepted applicants will have to provide a pictured id and social security card to complete the admissions process. 

Transfer students must submit the same documents as a first time student in addition to a certified transcript of hours and grades.  All transfer students accepted for admission must complete a minimum of 600 clock hours to graduate from LeGrand Institute of Cosmetology.
