2012 CONTINUING EDUCATION SCHEDULE

NEW State Board Regulations require TWO Forms of GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION (ONE MUST BE A PICTURE ID) for admission to all CEU classes. You will be turned away without PROPER IDENTIFICATION without a refund. There are no exceptions to this regulation.

Get 2 years CEU credit hours, Extraordinary Color Education, and a Color Academy Certificate!  To receive certificate for Roy Peter's Color Academy, you must attend both December 2 and December 3.

COST: The cost for each class is itemized above.  Registration will close the Friday before each class date. If your payment is not received by the Friday before the class, you will not be registered for the class and will be expected to pay the cost for registering at the door space permitting.  Lunch is NOT included in this fee. 

CEU UNITS: 6 credits issued for all-day attendance

REGISTRATION:

• Mail 2012 Registration form with check or money order for the full amount of $60.00 if registering for April 22 class or $65.00 if registering for December 2 or December 3 class to PO Box 2102; Camden, SC 29020.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to LeGrand Institute of Cosmetology or LINC.

• You may also bring the form BEFORE the day of the class if you want to make payment by cash. 

• No reservations will be taken over the phone or without pre-payment.

• No refunds will be given for NO SHOWS.

• To guarantee your registration, registration form and payment must be received 2 to 4 weeks prior to the desired class date.

• Late registrations for an overbooked class will be scheduled for the next available class. Please provide your home, work and cell phone numbers for notification purposes.

• Participants that are not pre-registered and wish to attend a class may be allowed admission at the door if space is available - ONLY after all pre-registered participants have been admitted. CASH PAYMENTS OF $70 (April 22) or $80 (December 2 or December 3) WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE CLASS!
