At Home Glow Guide

Here’s your gentle reminder to do something that actually helps this season: give your beauty routine a rest. A reset. A little at-home care that keeps your glow steady through cold air and indoor heat.

1) Support your skin barrier
Switch to a richer, ceramide-based moisturizer and keep your routine simple. And one small change that makes a big difference: wash your face with lukewarm water, not hot, to avoid drying and irritation.

2) Do one hydrating mask each week
Choose a hydrating, calming mask or apply a thicker layer of moisturizer for 10 minutes, then gently tissue off the extra. Your skin should feel comfortable, not tight.

3) Hair protection
Use a weekly deep-conditioning mask and try limiting heat styling. This is the easiest way to help hair recover from seasonal frizz and static.

4) Don’t forget the “small skin”
Hands, lips, and cuticles take the biggest hit this time of year. Keep hand cream by the sink, use a nourishing lip balm, and massage cuticle oil in at night.

5) The inside-out glow
The most effective beauty routine is still the basics: hydrate with water and aim for 7–9 hours of sleep. It’s the best free treatment we all overlook.
