How to have Healthy Nails
Let’s give a little love to the nails we always show off—and the ones we sometimes forget. Healthy nails aren’t just about polish and pretty designs (though we LOVE those too).
✅ Strong, smooth surfaces (no pits or deep ridges)
✅ Consistent color (not too pale, not too dark)
✅ No pain or swelling around the nail bed
✅ And yes—cuticles that are left alone (stop picking, y’all!)
